Make A Healthy Change - Set A Good Example For Your Kids

I started working with Steph in hopes of improving my overall health.  I saw first hand the impact she had on my friends' weight loss journeys and thought her program was a good fit for me.  As a mother of three young girls, I wanted to be a good role model for them.  I knew how much a parent's eating habits could influence a child.  I wanted to make changes in my eating habits as well as my family's and I looked forward to learning more about healthy eating and nutrition.  After the initial assessment, Steph provided a tremendous amount of information that would help me get off to a good start.  Over time, I grew more confident in my abilities to choose healthier food.  I gained a better understanding of how to balance my food choices throughout my day and learned about the importance of keeping hydrated.  Water is so important!

Steph was always willing to answer questions about nutrition.  She promptly answered emails and was always ready with an encouraging word.  The daily food logs kept me accountable and helped me steer away from bad food choices.  Steph was extremely encouraging when the journey became frustrating because the pounds were coming off slowly.  With time and patience, I was able to surpass my goal of losing 10 lbs.  It was made possible because of Steph's support.
